		<description>Some nice pending sales activity in the $500K+ range this week.  It will be interesting to see what these homes end up selling for, but perhaps buyers are starting to see value and coming out of hibernation ?  Clearly, homes that are priced &quot;right&quot; (in other words, priced competitively against other homes in the  neighborhood), will be the first ones to go.  I think that&#039;s what we&#039;re seeing in the most recent numbers.  It should be an interesting spring...</description>
