I think we can all agree that 2009 has been a bear market no matter how you look at the numbers. However, with the expiration of the tax credit on April 30, rising interest rates, stagnant incomes, and one of the highest unemployment rates in the nation (7th in the nation as of Nov. 2009), 2010 will be very interesting indeed.
