    OH…. MY…. GOD….

    2103 GREENE ST for $376K? Sure there’s no back yard and “Sloped” doesn’t really describe the precipice it sits on, but OH…. MY…. GOD….

    $96 a square foot? Wow. Anyone with a $500K house yesterday should be worried today.

    Wow! I’m speechless…… $96 and $124 per sqft ….??? I can’t wait to see what the ‘pending’ homes end up selling for. Why new listings are still asking $180+/sqft is beyond my comprehension. Most of the pending sales are <$500K, and I’m sure that when the deals close we will see that they sold at significant discounts off asking prices.
