    Thank you for the updates! I look every week. Our home is on the market and I look to see how many homes in our price range are selling. It keeps me motivated to keep my house clean.

    You are providing a valuable service to those of us who are interested in the West Linn real estate market. I truly appreciate your time and commitment in keeping this site regularly updated and informative.

    You have a great website. If there is one suggestion I could make, it would be perhaps a monthly editorial on your observations specifically about the West Linn market (trends, what to look for, what isn’t working, etc.), similar in nature to sites such as :

    http://www.portlandrealestateblog.com/

    Although the above sites contain interesting tidbits of information about the Portland market in general, none of them are focused specifically on the West Linn area, and this is where your site has tremendous value for those of us interested in this specific neighborhood. Your “from the trenches” observations would, I believe, be extremely useful for regular visitors to your site, and I believe, would encourage additional dialogue and feedback.

    Thank you for the updates - we enjoy looking at both the West Linn as well as the Lake Oswego websites. We are new to the area, renting in L.O. currently, and are watching the market waiting for the right time to buy, so we appreciate your help!
