The West Linn real estate has found its rhythm in our past couple reports, after a lackluster showing in the weeks prior.

Note that Short Sales and Foreclosure properties account for the acute price drops you’ll see in this week’s Sold properties table. Not even West Linn is immune to housing woes, but fortunately, it accounts for the minority of sales activity.
