Last week’s sales didn’t make much of a dent in the current inventory of the West Linn real estate market.

With only a couple sales last week and a small number of pending sales, the current housing stock in West Linn stands at 389 properties — roughly 9 months of inventory based on last year’s sales pace. However, 2008’s pace is down about 40% from 2007 year-to-date in units sold, so…
