West Linn Real Estate Activity - February 18-24, 2008

Real estate activity picked up the pace last week as 20 properties came on the market, 9 properties went sale pending, and 10 homes closed escrow.

That’s not a bad result, considering only 18 homes closed in ALL of January. More on that later this week.
