West Linn’s Willamette Marketplace Opens in Spring

Last May Ron wrote a post about the revitalization (a.k.a. complete re-construction) of West Linn’s under-utilized Willamette Marketplace.
Well, things are ticking right along and the buildings are set to be completed this spring. In a recent West Linn Tidings article, California-based Venture Corporation told the newspaper that it is shooting for a March completion date on the new Marketplace. The company told the Tidings that are a couple of major restaurants, medical offices, retail businesses, office condominiums and smaller take out food establishments that have already signed lease agreements and they are continuing to fill the spaces.
It is exciting stuff for West Linn and we will be sure to keep you updated on the progress.
